These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and all services provided by Elite Euro (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a service, purchasing parts, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • Elite Euro specialises in the servicing and repair of VW, Audi, and Skoda vehicles.

  • All work is carried out by qualified technicians using genuine or OEM-quality parts, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Quotes provided are valid for 14 days and may vary if additional issues are identified during inspection.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • Payment is required upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • We accept card payments, bank transfers, and approved online payment platforms.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Refunds are not available for completed services, but warranty repairs are provided where applicable.

  • Special-order parts may be subject to supplier return policies.

4. Warranties

  • We provide a 12-month / 20,000 km warranty on parts and labour, unless stated otherwise.

  • Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or issues unrelated to the service performed.

5. Liability

  • While we take all reasonable care, Elite Euro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Website Use

  • Content on our website is for general information only and should not be relied on as professional advice.

  • We may update content, prices, and policies without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in WA courts.
