At Elite Euro, we stand by the quality of our workmanship and the parts we use. This Refunds & Warranty Policy outlines your rights and our obligations when it comes to refunds, repairs, and warranty coverage.
1. Refunds
Completed Services – Refunds are generally not provided once a service or repair has been completed, as labour and parts have already been supplied.
Prepaid Services – If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.
Special-Order Parts – Refunds for parts specifically ordered for your vehicle may be subject to supplier return policies and restocking fees.
2. Warranty on Parts & Labour
All work carried out by Elite Euro is covered by a [12-month / 20,000 km] warranty (whichever comes first).
Warranties apply to both the parts we supply and the labour performed, unless otherwise stated at the time of service.
Only genuine or OEM-quality parts are used to ensure performance and reliability.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, tyres, wiper blades).
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Issues resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Problems unrelated to the specific service or repair performed.
4. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim:
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue.
Provide your invoice or proof of service.
Return the vehicle to our workshop for inspection.
If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the part at no additional cost.
5. Consumer Rights
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
